Ryan Margoles is an experienced leader in product development and innovation within the technology and sports industries. Currently serving as the Lead Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Hardware and AI at Nike since May 2022, Ryan drives strategy for the Advanced Innovation Collective. Prior to Nike, Ryan was a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Notion, where responsibilities included scaling the company globally and overseeing product and engineering teams, culminating in an acquisition by Comcast. Ryan's earlier roles include Product Development Lead at Callaway Golf, managing product lines and supply chain operations, as well as a Senior Product Development Engineer at Acushnet Company - Titleist Golf, where Ryan led research in golf swing measurement and product validation. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Product Development Engineering from the University of Southern California and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Operations Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
