Sara Penzar

Sara Penzar is an experienced project leader and educator with a strong focus on social initiatives, particularly relating to refugee integration and women's empowerment. With a diverse background that includes roles at Freie Universität Berlin, RheinFlanke, and JOBLINGE gAG Berlin, Sara has successfully managed numerous projects, conducted training workshops, and collaborated with various organizations to support vulnerable populations. Currently working with SOLWODI Austria in social work and content creation, Sara also serves as an official Pilates Coach for Nike in Berlin, where responsibilities include personal PR and organizing wellness events. Sara holds a BA in Psychosocial Studies from Goldsmiths, University of London, and an MA in Intercultural Education from Freie Universität Berlin, along with ongoing education in psychotherapeutic propaedeutic at Algebra Bernays University.
