Sharon Cen is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management and learning. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management and Learning at Nike in Greater China since September 2019, Sharon has held multiple roles within the company, including Director of HR Business Partner and Senior Manager positions. Prior to Nike, Sharon worked at Unilever from March 2015 to September 2019, where roles included HR Manager and HR Lead for Employer Branding in North Asia. Sharon holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations and Managing Human Resources from the University of Warwick's Warwick Business School, obtained in 2014.
