Sharon Oba is a Senior Principal Engineer at Air Manufacturing Innovation at Nike, with over 20 years of experience in R&D and manufacturing as a polymer engineer. Previously, Sharon worked at Toyota, GE Global Research, MILLIPORE Corporation, and E Ink Corporation, leading various projects involving membrane filtration and polymer development. Sharon holds a Master’s degree in Macromolecular Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Portland State University. Throughout their career, Sharon has demonstrated a passion for problem-solving through technology implementation and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
