Shay Curry

Shay Curry is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in various HR roles across notable companies. Currently serving as Senior Director, HRBP for Global Footwear at Nike since April 2020, previous roles at Nike include Senior Principal for HRBP in the Global Jordan Marketplace and Geographies, as well as Principal for HRBP in North America Finance and Marketplace Operations. Prior to Nike, Shay Curry worked at Eaton from July 2008 to April 2020, advancing to Senior Human Resources Manager while supporting the North American sales and marketing organization. Additional experience at Eaton includes serving as an HR Supervisor for the North American Truck division and participating in the HR Leadership Development Program. Shay Curry holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management from East Central University, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Fort Scott Community College.
