Shine Thomas

Shine Thomas serves as the Global Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Executive Recruitment at Nike, a position held since November 2011, overseeing recruitment efforts for Nike, Jordan, and Converse. Previous roles at Nike include Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition for Innovation, Consumer, Product, and Brand, along with Director positions focused on Nike Digital and Nike Brand Creative. Prior experience includes Talent Acquisition roles at adidas Group, WE Communications, and PwC, where Shine also held HR Generalist responsibilities. Shine Thomas earned a degree in Business and Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney between 1991 and 1993.
