Shonte Ojeda

Shonte Ojeda is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources operations, currently serving as a Production Coordinator for Nike Global Brand Imaging since December 2024. Prior to Nike, Shonte worked at Sony Pictures Entertainment for over five years, initially as a Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator and then as a Specialist, where responsibilities included coordinating interviews and supporting new hire onboarding, alongside a role in Diversity & Inclusion. Shonte's earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Operations Specialist at Aerotek, handling high volumes of calls, managing compliance, and conducting orientations. Additional roles at SEPHORA and Zara contributed to Shonte’s expertise in customer service and financial management. Shonte holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Northridge.
