Sierra Hirt

Sierra Hirt is a People & Project Manager with a diverse background in operations and event management. They have held roles such as Area Manager at Nike and Project Coordinator at UCH & Affiliates, demonstrating strong leadership and project execution skills. Previously, at Rodin College House, University of Pennsylvania, Sierra managed events and audio-visual operations, contributing to a vibrant community for over 800 residents. They co-founded Hangify, establishing strategic partnerships and overseeing marketing efforts, and have completed internships at notable organizations including the Wharton School and TJX. Sierra earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics-Marketing and Operations Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
