Sierra Rich is a Technical Design Lead at Nike, focusing on Global Fit, Sizing, and Grading Standards. They began their journey in the apparel industry after earning a degree in Outdoor Product Design & Development from Utah State University, where they created an activewear line for women of diverse backgrounds. Previously, Sierra managed numerous apparel lines at Under Armour and contributed to sustainability initiatives while ensuring exceptional product fit based on feedback from professional athletes. With a passion for innovative and inclusive designs, they are dedicated to creating high-performing apparel that aligns with their values of sustainability and equality.
