Steve Rounds

Steve Rounds has extensive experience in organizational change management and consultancy across various sectors. Steve served as an Advisory Board Member for Sustainable Works from May 2019 to June 2022, focusing on sustainability initiatives in LA County. Prior roles include Senior Consultant and Consulting Principal at West Monroe, where expertise in operations excellence and change management was leveraged. Steve also held positions with Deloitte, Cognizant, and U.S. Department of Justice, gaining experience in human capital, commercial fraud, and consumer litigation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs with a focus on Spanish from The George Washington University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Currently, Steve serves as Principal, Change Management at Nike, beginning in March 2025.
