Tara Pennington is a skilled Apparel Designer with a specialization in innovative activewear and sports bras. They began their career at The Moret Group as a Designer for Women's Active Apparel from 2002 to 2006 and subsequently held design roles at Macy's, New Balance, and Champion, where they advanced to Senior Designer for Women's Performance Apparel. Currently, Tara serves as the Design Expert and Acting Senior Design Director for Bras, Bodywear, and Leggings at Nike since 2019. Tara is also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business/Fashion Design at Ball State University.
