Tom Gulka is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive global experience in shaping HR strategies and driving impactful transformations at Nike. Currently serving as the Senior HR Director for Nike Brand, they have held several key positions within the company, including HR Transformation Director and HR Director for Direct to Consumer. Tom's previous roles involved significant responsibilities such as leading large-scale HR transformations and serving as Chief of Staff to senior leadership. They earned a B.S. in Mathematics and Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
