Tracy Dao is a seasoned professional in supplier development, manufacturing optimization, and production management. They gained significant experience at UNIQLO, where they managed production in Vietnam and Cambodia, focusing on quality management, delivery control, and factory operations. Tracy continued to excel at Walmart Global Sourcing as a Senior Technologist, overseeing quality assurance, factory performance, and supplier training initiatives. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Quality Assurance Inspector at Bureau Veritas, and they now serve as the Lead in Manufacturing Systems Engineering at Nike. Tracy holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Technology and Education Ho Chi Minh City and a certificate in Internal Audit from Bureau Veritas CPS Vietnam.
