Troy Schubert is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in product development, currently serving as Lead Product Engineer for both Jordan Brand and Nike SB at Nike since April 2016. Prior to Nike, Troy held various engineering management roles at New Balance from December 2008 to March 2016, including Sr Engineering Manager for Advanced Products. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Senior Project Engineer at ITEM New Product Development and a Senior Project Manager at The First Years. Additional experience includes a role as Design Engineer at Hasbro. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, an Associate's degree in Building Construction and Cabinet Making from New England Institute of Technology, and a Master's degree in Creativity and Change Leadership with a focus on Social Psychology from Buffalo State University.
