Tye Dodge

Tye Dodge, Ph.D., is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in product development and manufacturing. At Nike since February 2013, Tye has held multiple senior director positions, including Sr Director of New Capabilities Engineering, where responsibilities include advancing techniques to reduce time-to-market and enhance product quality, and Sr Director of Global Product Engineering, overseeing a team across various sport divisions. Tye's earlier career at Hewlett-Packard included roles such as Inkjet Supplies Design and NPI Project Manager, managing significant budgets and leading cross-functional teams, along with project management in R&D. Prior experience also includes developing specialized coatings at Sappi. Tye holds a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Grand Valley State University.
