Tyler Winchell

Tyler Winchell, MS, currently serves as the Global Ethics & Compliance Controlling Manager at Nike since December 2019. Prior to this role, Tyler worked as an Audit Manager for Regulatory Compliance at Esterline, managing global export and operational regulatory audit programs, including ITAR, EAR, FCPA, SOX, and GDPR audits. Tyler's experience includes serving as a Senior Internal Auditor at Russell Investments, leading audits for a portfolio of $290 billion in managed assets, and as a Senior Performance Auditor at the Port of Seattle, where Tyler integrated performance measurements into audits. Tyler began the career as a Performance Analyst at the Washington State Department of Transportation, auditing performance data against various regulations and budgets. Tyler holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Sciences and Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from The Evergreen State College.
