Doug Silverman is currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources & Operations at Nikon Inc. Doug has an extensive background in the field, having previously held the position of General Manager of Human Resources at the same company. In addition to their corporate role, Doug also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Stony Brook University. Doug is highly experienced in employee and labor relations, training, compensation, affirmative action, EEO compliance, safety compliance, and more. Doug is also a two-time past President of SHRM-LI and provides training on various leadership and communication skills. Doug holds a Master's degree in Human Resources & Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology.
