Moritz Schmidlin

Moritz Schmidlin started their work experience as a Production Assistant at Straumann in 2008. Moritz then worked as a Research Assistant at EPFL from September 2012 to February 2013. Following that, they assumed the role of Project Manager for Renewable Energy at PanEco Foundation for Sustainable Development and Intercultural Exchange in March 2013. In 2014, they became an Optical Engineer at EPFL and later worked as a Trainee R&D at Fisba Optik AG from November 2014 to February 2015. Moritz then joined Zühlke Group as a Development Engineer from December 2015 to July 2019. During this period, they also worked briefly as an Optical Engineer at Rascope AG in October 2015. Moritz is currently employed as a Product Design Engineer at NIL Technology starting from September 2019.

Moritz Schmidlin earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Microengineering from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Microengineering from the same institution from 2013 to 2015.
