Joe Morgan

Joe Morgan is a dynamic Design and Strategy professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Design and Strategy Principal at Nile since May 2021, Joe leads experience design teams on significant financial services digital transformation projects. Concurrently, Joe works as an AI Product Manager at Royal London, managing a team focused on developing a multi-agent Large Language Model product. As a Freelance Strategy Director and Experience Design Lead at Planning and Strategy Ltd since March 2017, Joe specializes in brand strategy, service design, and customer experience. Previous roles include Service Design Course Director at Experience Haus, Head of Strategy & Experience Design at Matter Of Form, and various strategic positions at Wunderman and glue Isobar. Joe holds a BA Honours degree in Advertising & Marketing Communications from the University of Greenwich.
