Akshay Kaul has extensive work experience in various marketing roles. Akshay currently serves as the Director of Marketing - Americas at Nilfisk since May 2022. Prior to this, they were the Senior Marketing Manager - US & Canada at Nilfisk from February 2020 to May 2022.
Before joining Nilfisk, Kaul worked as the Marketing Director at Insignia Systems, Inc. from January 2018 to February 2020.
Akshay also held the position of Senior Product Marketing Manager - Yearbook and Consumer Products at Jostens from January 2015 to November 2017. In this role, they managed and developed strategies for Jostens' yearbook creation SaaS application.
Prior to Jostens, Kaul worked at SUPERVALU as a Product Marketing Manager for the Equaline brand from June 2012 to November 2014.
Akshay also gained experience at Land O'Lakes, where they served as an Associate Marketing Manager for the Retail Consumer Cheese division from December 2011 to June 2012, and as an Associate Marketing Manager for the Foodservice Butter & Sauces division from July 2010 to December 2011.
Kaul started their career at ConAgra Foods as an Associate Brand Manager for Slim Jim, Andy Capp's & Penrose from June 2009 to July 2010.
Akshay also gained valuable experience at Philip Morris USA, where they held the positions of Assistant Brand Manager from 2007 to 2009 and Brand Management Intern in 2006.
Before entering the marketing field, Kaul worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at Infinite Computer Solutions, Inc. from November 2003 to April 2005, and as a Senior Business Manager at Velocient Technologies from July 1999 to November 2003.
Akshay Kaul holds an MBA degree in Marketing & Brand Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Akshay also has a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota and a B.Com degree in Commerce from Delhi University. Furthermore, they completed their high school education at The Doon School.
