Birgit Dam Jespersen is a seasoned professional in supply chain management with extensive experience across various leadership roles in prominent companies. Currently serving as a Board Member at TAKT and Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Nilfisk, Birgit has held numerous strategic positions at Sandoz from 2009 to 2021, including Global PMO Strategic Lead for Supply Chain and Head of Supply Chain Management. Prior to Sandoz, Birgit contributed to Coloplast AS in several director-level roles and began a professional journey at PWC Consulting and Danapak A/S. Birgit holds a Master of Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen Business School, emphasizing supply chain integration and relationship management.
