Demetrius Smith

Demetrius Smith is a seasoned logistics and distribution professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Sr. Director of US Distribution for Nilfisk since 2010, Demetrius has successfully driven a culture of accountability, achieved significant reductions in inventory surplus and labor costs, and consistently met sales targets through effective pipeline management. Previous roles include Intermodal Manager at BNSF Logistics, Regional Operation Manager at RoadLink USA, and General Transportation Manager at Wal-Mart, where Demetrius oversaw a large team and maintained high service levels. Additionally, Demetrius contributed to the local community as a board member for Bentonville Youth Baseball, promoting youth participation in baseball.
