Jeff Knowlen

Jeff Knowlen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service training and product management. Currently serving as Global Service Training Developer at Nilfisk since May 2009, Jeff focuses on developing service manuals, mentoring technical trainers, and creating eLearning content for technical training. Prior to this, Jeff held various roles at Identifix from March 2005 to May 2009, including Product Manager and Business Analyst, where responsibilities included liaising between business and engineering, defining requirements for software, and managing data content. Jeff's career began at White Bear Dodge as an automotive technician, coupled with a solid educational background comprising an Associate's degree in Theology and an Associate's degree in Automotive Mechanics from Hennepin Technical College.
