Malene Thiele

Malene Thiele currently serves as Vice President of Global ESG & Sustainability at Nilfisk, a leading company in the professional cleaning equipment industry, where responsibilities include driving sustainable growth initiatives. In addition, Thiele is a Board Member of the Global Compact Network Denmark, advocating for sustainability as a core component of business strategy among Danish companies. Previous roles include Chairman of the Board for the Danish Ethical Trading Initiative and Head of CSR at Dansk Erhverv, focusing on corporate social responsibility and sustainable business development. Thiele has also held advisory positions at the Danish Business Authority, working on sustainability and standardization, and has contributed to CSR strategies at Copenhagen Airports. Thiele holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
