Marija A.

Marija A. is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager ANZ at Nilfisk since August 2025, Marija previously held the position of Head of People Services at Oscar Wylee from November 2021 to August 2025. Prior to that, Marija was Acting National Executive Manager of Human Resources at the Australian Foundation For Disability (Afford) from May to November 2021. Marija spent over thirteen years at TPG Telecom, where roles included Head of Integration, Reporting, Wellbeing and MyMobile, Head of Human Resources, Human Resources and Payroll Manager, Human Resources Advisor, Human Resources Officer, and Human Resources Assistant. Earlier in Marija's career, experience included a Technical Assistant position at Liberty Specialty Markets and an internship with Family and Community Services. Marija holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney.
