Sofia Dahlstedt

Sofia Dahlstedt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sofia started their career at EY in 2009 as an Auditor, where they worked until 2011. Sofia then moved to Avonova as a Business Controller from 2011 to 2013. After that, they joined STARK GROUP A/S as a Business Development Analyst from 2013 to 2017. Most recently, they have been working at Nilfisk since 2017, starting as a Business Development Manager and later transitioning to roles such as Interim Head of Strategy Office & CEO Support. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Transformation - People, Organization & Culture at Nilfisk starting from April 2023.

Sofia Dahlstedt completed their high school education in Economics at Grennaskolan Riksinternat from 1999 to 2002. Sofia then attended Lund University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Master of Science in Business and Economics with a specialization in Business Administration. In 2004-2005, they studied Language Studies, specifically Spanish, at Universidad Nebrija. Sofia also briefly attended Copenhagen Business School in 2013, focusing on Corporate Finance.
