Sofie Navardsen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sofie most recently worked as the CMO and Global Head of BtC Marketing at Nilfisk, where they were responsible for positioning, advertising, and brand building of the Nilfisk consumer brand globally. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Marketing at Tivoli, where they revitalized the marketing department and was responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy across all commercial activities. Sofie also worked as the Country Marketing Manager at Burger King, establishing the Danish headquarters and maximizing sales and brand awareness. Earlier in their career, they held roles as a Marketing and Event Coordinator at Waves shopping center and as a Marketing and Operations Coordinator at Copenhagen Airports, where they developed and executed marketing activities and secured the daily operations of restaurants. Throughout their career, Sofie Navardsen has demonstrated leadership skills, innovation, and the ability to build strong relationships with commercial partners.
Sofie Navardsen has a diverse education history. In 2021, they completed a Digital Marketing Professional program at Dansk Markedsføring. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing Management (HDA) from Handelshøjskolecenteret Lyngby. In 1999 to 2001, they earned a degree in Markedsøkonom (Marketing/Marketing Management, General) from Lyngby Uddannelsescenter. Sofie's educational journey began at Greve Gymnasium, where they completed their high school education as a student from 1993 to 1996.
