Tom Cai

Tom Cai's work experience begins in 2003 at C&D Technologies, where they started as a Logistics Specialist and later became a Logistics Supervisor. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Logistics Manager responsible for various aspects of logistics and purchasing. In 2013, they became the Asia Logistics Manager, overseeing logistics and purchasing at the Shanghai plant and supporting a new plant in Jiangsu province.

In 2014, Tom Cai transitioned to Nilfisk, where they initially worked as an Operation Manager, overseeing supply chain functions and providing operational support to sales teams. 蔡胜亮 was later promoted to Senior Operation Manager and then Senior Supply Chain Manager, responsible for managing the supply chain for China sales company, as well as the newly established APAC distribution center and the supply chain for the Hong Kong sales company. Currently, Tom Cai holds the position of Head of APAC Supply Chain at Nilfisk, taking care of the supply chain for Greater China and APAC DC operation.

Tom Cai, also known as 蔡胜亮, attended Shanghai Ocean University from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Later, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Fluid Mechanics at Fudan University.
