Tong Qin

Tong Qin is an experienced supply chain and inventory management professional currently serving as the Head of Inventory Management for the Americas Region at Nilfisk since February 2020. Responsibilities include overseeing SAP implementation at key factories and leading regional budgeting reviews. Previously, as the Global Inventory Manager at Nilfisk, Tong led initiatives for working capital projects and managed inventory settings in the US DC. Prior roles include Senior Sales and Operations Coordinator and Sales and Operations Coordinator at DESMI, where Tong focused on supply chain optimization and operational alignment with corporate strategies. Tong's early career included positions as Global Lean Manager and Logistics Developer at Siemens Wind Power, as well as roles at CMA CGM Logistics and Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics. Tong holds an M.Sc. in Logistics and Transport Management from the University of Gothenburg and a BA in International Business from Maastricht University.
