Marelin Stickling

Marelin Stickling is a seasoned professional in product development, currently serving as the Coordinator of Research and Development at Nilko Metalurgia Ltda. since 2019, where they oversee the department's establishment and operations, focusing on prototype creation and testing. Previously, Marelin led the project sector at Nilko Armários from 2007 to 2019, driving product and process development. Marelin holds a specialization in Production Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and in New Product Development Management from Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná, along with a Technologist degree in Furniture Design from the Federal University of Technology - Parana.
