Shane Rowley

Shane Rowley has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Shane is the Co-Founder & President of Nimbl, a company recognized as a pioneer in the Cloud Accounting industry. Nimbl provides outsourced accounting, tax, and FP&A solutions for businesses.

Before Nimbl, Shane served as the Chief Executive Officer of Voila Mattress, a venture-capital-backed company that manufactures and delivers luxury mattresses.

Prior to Voila Mattress, Shane worked as the Chief Financial Officer of Owlet Baby Care, a leading provider of baby monitors that monitor infants' vital signs in real-time.

In addition to their executive roles, Shane also has experience in education as an Adjunct Professor at Utah Valley University.

Earlier in their career, Shane held the position of Director of Finance & HR at Affiliated Genetics, Inc., which offers medical DNA testing and genomic services.

Shane also worked as a Senior Tax Associate at Tanner LLC, the largest locally owned professional accounting firm in Utah, where they advised fast-growing companies and handled equity and debt financing transactions.

Shane's first professional role was as the Financial Controller at Intermountain Soft Water, where they played a key role in developing and distributing environmentally friendly water softeners. Throughout their career, Shane has demonstrated leadership, financial expertise, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Shane Rowley attended the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a Master's degree in Accounting with a Tax Emphasis. Before that, they studied at Utah Valley University from 2008 to 2009, earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
