David Kane

David Kane is a Senior Data Engineer and Data Scientist currently leading data engineering initiatives at Nimbla, focusing on integrating new data sources into credit models. They previously worked as a Data Scientist/Data Engineer at David Kane Limited and held postdoctoral research positions at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the University of California, Berkeley, where they developed image processing algorithms and investigated visual processes. David earned a BSc in Psychology and Cognitive Science from The University of Sheffield, an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Sussex, and a PhD in Human Vision and Psychophysics from UCL. Throughout their career, they have published multiple papers and patented innovations in the field.
