Dinesh Kumar

Dinesh Kumar has extensive experience in Human Resources and Recruitment. Dinesh has been working in the field since 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiter at BoardEx, a UK based corporate research company. During this time, their roles included consolidating public domain information concerning the board of directors and senior management of publicly quoted and large private companies, as well as researching high management profiles. In 2016, they joined Superior Group as an Assistant Manager Recruitment. At Superior Group, they were responsible for transforming the tactical, reactive approach to talent acquisition to a strategic, proactive approach. Since 2017, they have been working at Nimble Wireless as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Manager - Human Resources. At Nimble Wireless, their role includes providing wireless product design services and manufacturing support to global OEMs in the wireless and consumer electronics industry.

Dinesh Kumar has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Vellore Institute of Technology, where they studied Human Resources Development from 2014 to 2016. Dinesh also has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Anna University, where they studied Computer Science from 2007 to 2011. Dinesh'seducational background also includes a HSC from S S Hr Sec School, where they studied Computer Science from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, Dinesh Kumar has obtained certifications in Excellence in Store Operations from the Retailer Association of India in 2016, Web Designing Certification from VIT University in 2015, and SPSS Analysis and Methods from VIT University in 2014.
