Crystal Q is currently working as a Market Training Manager at nimble since May 2022. Prior to this, Crystal served as a CLC Mobile Expert at T-Mobile from October 2012 to May 2022, where the main responsibilities included training new mobile experts and preparing them for success in their customer-focused selling role. Before T-Mobile, Crystal was a Mobile Lead at Best Buy from January 2011 to September 2012. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Westchester Community College.
