Anadi M.

Anadi M. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. They started their career as a Technical Support Engineer at Wipro Bpo Solutions Limited in 2005. They then worked as a Technology Analyst at Cyber Media India Ltd. from 2005 to 2007. After that, they joined Cybercom Group as a Software Engineer from 2007 to 2011.

In 2011, Anadi M. became a Software Engineer at Sapient and was a founding member of the Delivery Agility team. They successfully grew the team and led DevOps and Continuous Delivery automation for marquee accounts. In 2013, they joined Dell EMC as a Senior Technical Consultant, where they developed a Spring Security-based single sign-on system and later led DevOps solutions for the EMEA region.

In 2014, Anadi M. founded Agility Roots, a community specializing in DevOps, Agile transformation, and continuous delivery automation. They worked on Agile Transformations, DevOps Solutions Development, Engineering Management, and general management of the firm. During this time, they also worked with clients such as McKesson Health, Societe Generale, Mphasis, and Garage Media.

Anadi M. continued their career as the Managing Partner (India) at OneX from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President Of Engineering at NimbleWork, INC (formerly Digité), where they lead product development for a new line of B2B SAAS products harnessing Artificial Intelligence. They have successfully launched five new products in this line, which are powered by a scalable and fault-tolerant Microservices Runtime.

Anadi M. has a diverse education history. In 2000, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Kurukshetra University. Following this, from 2003 to 2005, Anadi pursued a Post-Graduate Diploma in Computers at the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ELECTRONICS & INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (NIELIT).

In addition to their formal education, Anadi M. has obtained various certifications. In July 2015, they received a DevOps Foundation Certification from the DevOps Institute. More recently, in February 2023, they completed a course on Machine Learning from Stanford Online. Additionally, in May 2023, Anadi acquired certifications in Advanced Learning Algorithms, Machine Learning Specialization, Supervised Machine Learning: Regression and Classification, and Unsupervised Learning, Recommenders, and Reinforcement Learning, all from Stanford Online. The most recent certifications were achieved in June 2023, namely Programming with Google Go from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education.
