Nancy Vaid

Nancy Vaid is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and training roles. Nancy began the career as a Yahoo Mac Support Officer at HCL Technologies, providing end-user IT support and managing ticket escalations. Following this, Nancy served as a Technical Trainer at TOUCHSTONE ITS, developing training programs and materials.
