Destiny Seng

Destiny Seng currently serves as Front Desk Lead for Hospitality Services at MacEwan University, overseeing front desk operations, staff scheduling, and adherence to standard procedures since September 2022. In a prior role as Front Desk Associate at the Roundhouse, Destiny provided customer service and managed daily operations. Additionally, as an Order Management Coordinator at Microserve from May to November 2023, responsibilities included processing high volumes of orders while ensuring accuracy and timely shipment. Earlier experience as a Project Coordinator at WINMAR® Property Restoration Specialists involved preparing estimates and organizing project documentation. Destiny is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration Co-op degree in Management at NAIT, expected to complete in 2025.
