After years working as in-house legal counsel for one of the UK’s leading telecommunications companies and then practising as a consultant, Karen Houghton, decided to form her own practice.  Her reasons were simple.  She missed contact with clients, she missed the law, and she saw a gap in a crowded legal market for a niche practice that offered core legal services to an entrepreneurial and acquisitive sector.

Swapping boardroom tables for negotiating tables and getting back to her corporate and commercial law roots, Karen has quickly built up a reputation for her unparalleled industry experience and unwavering commitment to her clients.
