Paul Davis is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the property and real estate sector. As the Founder and Director of Nimbus® Maps since July 2012, Paul leads an award-winning platform that assists property developers, investors, and professionals in identifying prime property opportunities. In addition, Paul founded Assured Property Group in October 2011, which focuses on enhancing the value of large estates through data analytics. Paul also serves as a Property Investor & Developer for MIDLAND ASSURED DEVELOPMENTS, targeting commercial assets for investment and development. With a background as a Partner Advisory Council member for Ordnance Survey and an Advisory Board member at the University of Warwick, Paul actively contributes to the advancement of the PropTech industry. Paul holds an MA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
