Simon Davis is a seasoned professional in the property and technology sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Nimbus® Maps since July 2012, where the platform has established itself as the leading property and land information portal in the UK. Additionally, Simon has extensive experience in commercial property as a Director, ensuring alignment between products and client needs. As a co-owner of MIDLAND ASSURED DEVELOPMENTS LLP since January 2000, Simon targets commercial and mixed-use assets, and has key tenants including Tescos and Costa. Co-leading SuperTech WM since January 2021, Simon contributes to advancing professional services through technology in the West Midlands. Previously, as Founder and Director of Assured Property Group, Simon achieved significant successes in data-driven asset management and planning projects. Simon holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Oxford and received education at Warwick School.
