Michael Kirsch has had a long and varied career in business and marketing. Michael began their career in 1971 as a Marketing Officer at Union National Bank, where they developed marketing campaigns and called on prospective commercial accounts. In 1972, they moved to Xerox Corporation where they sold all Xerox equipment, including the first fax machines. In 1973, they became a Leasing Agent at Transamerican Investment Properties, where they identified and acquired prospects for office space. In 1974, they joined Talley Investments as a Sales and Leasing agent. In 1976, they became a co-owner of Pogo's, a discoteque with six clubs across the US. In 1980, they became a co-owner of Litehouse Grill, a restaurant offering healthy side dishes in a fast food environment. In 1986, they became Real Estate Director and Advertising Director at KMS, Inc. Finally, in 1998, they became a Sr. Account Executive at The Image Resources Group / Nimlok Kansas, where they advised and consulted national name brand clients on their corporate trade show exhibit activities. Michael also advised clients on brand development and continuity of message delivery across multiple platforms.

Michael Kirsch attended Kansas State University from 1965 to 1966, completing their freshman year in the field of Architecture. Michael then transferred to Wichita State University, where they earned a B.S. in Marketing and Finance in 1971.
