Learning in projects.

NIMO supports people and organisations in the development and professionalisation of a project-oriented approach, project management and programme management, developing the competencies of the parties involved and anchoring the lessons learnt in practice and process improvement in the project environment. NIMO core products are education and training, coaching and consultancy.

NIMO Project Management Institute concentrates on virtually all industries and arranges not only open training sessions but also in-company customised programmes focused on your organisation. NIMO Academy, a subsidiary of NIMO PMI, specifically focuses on the governmental and financial sector. In the Netherlands, we are one of the few specialists in this area. We are the only party focusing exclusively on the development of a project-oriented approach and the industry of project and programme management. We have been bringing our passion to this industry for more than 30 years and have made a real impact.

The trainers, consultants and coaches of NIMO have a great deal of practical experience with projects and with developing people and organisations. We believe it is essential to master this field in all its nuances. Experience, commitment and the ability to make complex tasks palatable: that is where NIMO’s people shine.

NIMO has all the required certifications and quality marks for project and programme management. Training programmes with certification are conducted exclusively by trainers and coaches who are certified in those areas themselves.

If you would like to know more about what NIMO can do for your organisation, please contact us. We would be happy to advise you in a personal conversation.
