NIMS Logic is built for how incidents actually run.

Most teams feel the pain in operations and situational awareness, not in paperwork. NIMS Logic is designed around that reality: we support the Incident Management Team in the heat of the response, and only then turn that operational data into a complete reimbursement package.

No duplicate entry. No guessing what will be needed years later.

Phase 1: Operational Process Flow
 - Guides ICS roles through structured, repeatable workflows.
 - Ensures critical steps are not missed in Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Finance/Admin.
 - Captures decisions and rationale at the point of action, not after the fact.

Phase 2: Situational Awareness for Actionable Decisions
 - Provides a live, shared picture of what is happening and where constraints are.
 - Surfaces the right information to the right role at the right time.
 - Supports command staff in making faster, better-documented decisions.

Phase 3: Recovery and Reimbursement
 - Uses data captured in Phases 1 and 2 to automatically generate audit-ready documentation.
 - Aligns with FEMA requirements to reduce delays and deobligation risk.
 - Creates a defensible record that can be referenced for years after the incident.
