Dragan Milic is an attorney at law specializing in IT/ICT, intellectual property, and data protection law. Graduating from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade in 2006, they gained experience as a legal intern at the First Municipality Court in Belgrade before becoming a member of the Belgrade Bar Association. Dragan has focused on copyright, media, and internet law, serving as an arbitrator for the Serbian National Internet Domain Registry since 2011 and as a legal consultant for the OSCE since 2020. They currently contribute as a columnist for NIN and NOVA EKONOMIJA and engage in academic activities as a lecturer and mentor in various educational initiatives.
