Ninchi is two things. It is firstly a system for improving engagement and accountability for LLM-generated work. When users generate work with an AI tool, such as a unit of code in the form of a pull request created by Claude Code, Ninchi analyzes that work and asks the user a question about it to ensure the human understands what their LLM tool has done. This user experience is gamified with badges and achievements and connected to an analytics dashboard.

The second enterprise use for Ninchi is AI governance and compliance. Ninchi integrates seamlessly into business workflows creating a granular papertrail of LLM-generated work outputs certifying human accountability. This grading system allows organizations to speed up adoption of AI tools by decreasing the risk of irresponsible usage.
