Gemma Nolan

Gemma Nolan has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, having held various roles at notable companies. Starting as a Marketing Coordinator at L'Oreal Luxury Products from 2006 to 2008, Gemma progressed to a Human Resources Administrator at Sydney Harbour Marriott in 2008. From September 2011 to July 2014, Gemma served in multiple human resources roles at Luxottica Retail Australia, including Senior Human Resources Manager. Since 2015, Gemma has been with Nine, initially as Human Resources Manager for Nine Live and ascending to the positions of Head of People and Culture for both Digital, IT, and Sales, and Sales, Radio, and Finance, before advancing to Group Head of Talent, Inclusion and Experience in January 2021.
