Greg Byrnes

Greg Byrnes has worked in various roles in the media industry. Greg started their career at Radio 2UE as a News Director from February 2004 to May 2007. Greg then became the Program Director at the same company from May 2007 to May 2010. After that, they joined Sky News and served as the National Editor from May 2010 to June 2014. From June 2014 to November 2017, they worked as the Channel Manager at Sky News. Their last position before the current one was the Executive Producer of Talk Programming at Sky News from November 2017 to November 2019. Since November 2019, they have been the Head of Content for Radio at Nine.

Greg Byrnes has obtained a Graduate Certificate in Programming - Radio from the Australian Film Television & Radio School in 2002-2003, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Commercial Radio from the same institution in 1989-1990.
