Josie Thomas

Josie Thomas has a diverse background in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Leadership, Talent and Performance Lead at Nine since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Organisational Development Advisor and Employee Experience Advisor at Northern Star Resources Limited from March 2021 to October 2023, and a People & Culture Coordinator at Linkforce from January 2020 to March 2021. Josie also worked as a People & Culture Officer and Human Resource Intern at Automotive Holdings Group (AHG) from August 2017 to January 2020. In addition, Josie was the Foundation Treasurer for the Human Resources Student Association of Western Australia from 2017 to 2018. Josie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Curtin University, where studies were completed between 2016 and 2020. Education was initiated at Georgiana Molloy Anglican School, spanning from 2005 to 2013.
