Michael Trafford is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Head of People & Culture for Publishing, Digital, Tech & Product at Nine, Australia's largest locally owned media company, since October 2018. In this role, Michael manages the case management team, providing employee and industrial relations solutions, and acts as a strategic business partner for Nine’s Publishing division. Michael also played a key role in the HR integration of the Fairfax business following its merger with Nine.
