Steven Burling

Steven Burling is an experienced broadcast media executive with over two decades in television production. Currently, they serve as the Director of Morning Television at Nine, overseeing 36 hours of live content weekly and leading a team of 90 professionals. Their career at Nine includes roles as Senior Producer for Tracy Grimshaw on A Current Affair and Chief of Staff at 60 Minutes, where they contributed significantly to content creation and team management. They are committed to integrating digital platforms in broadcast media and have played a pivotal role in initiatives such as the News Transformation project and the Gender Equity Committee. Steven is pursuing a B.A. in Literature/Writing at Western Sydney University.
